MON 9/22, 6–8PM • FLYING FISH SUSHI CLASS: The next edition of our popular Sushi Class is on its way, with Chef Trever Gilbert ready to impart his wealth of sushi knowledge in a fun, eat-what-you-roll setting FF. WED 11/5, 6:30–9PM • BAJA SEAFOOD AL FRESCO: Chef Maylin Chavez from Nácar Oysters returns to Flying Fish for a special popup and evening-long feast featuring foods sourced from Mexico’s Baja California by Maylin and FF’s Lyf Gildersleeve. A Baja style raw bar, tapas, and family style dining are the evening’s motif, with crafted flavors that beautifully articulate the region’s bountiful offerings from the sea.
