March 2021: The light at the end of the tunnel is emerging. We've stayed safe and strong throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, and with that same safety and confidence, we're starting to ease back into public events. Here are some that we've got lined up.

RAFTING TRIP • HELLS CANYON • August 7–11, 2021 Portland Food Adventures and Canyon Outfitters to go rafting down beautiful Hells Canyon on the Oregon/Idaho border. Five days - four of them on the Snake River - and four nights, everything included but the booze. (Well, and getting there from Portland, but that's half the fun.) And, Flying Fish's proceeds from this trip will go towards conservation work to remove dams on the lower Snake and conserve wild steelhead populations.: Flying Fish has partnered with
FISHING TRIP • PELICAN, ALASKA • August 23–28, 2021: Flying Fish and six of our friends will head out on this Alaskan summer dream: ocean fishing for king and silver salmon, halibut, lingcod, rockfish and freshwater fishing for silver salmon and trout.

Flying fish brings 3 Northwest bays worth of oysters to the Rogue Public House Pearl in Portland, Oregon for a battle to see which bay reigns supreme. Netarts, Yaquina, or Coos bay. It was a close battle, with the winner being Yaquina Bay, by just 2 votes.
