- MON 11/11, 6–8pm • Sushi Class & Sake • A new look for an old favorite, it’s our sushi class right here on Burnside. Our own Chef Erik Englund (who was formerly executive chef at Bamboo Sushi NW) leads — eat what you roll, and go home with a full belly AND a sushi kit for home (Oregon cutting board, sashimi knife, chopsticks kit & menu).
