You’ve probably seen us parked at Ken Wright Cellars, Breakside, or at festivals around Portland. The food truck is also available for private events, weddings, corporate lunches, block parties, you name it.
We show up, set up, cook up, and clean up. Fish and chips, poke bowls, seasonal specials, fresh-shucked oysters, or a curated menu built around your event. It’s the same food we serve on Burnside, just on wheels.

Oyster Catering (Off-Site)
A shucker, a spread, and a crowd that won’t stop talking about it.
We bring the oyster bar to you. A professional shucker, a spread of premium West Coast oysters, and a clean, inviting display with mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon, and all the classics.
It’s hands-on and easy to gather around, which makes it a great fit for weddings, receptions, and events where you want people mingling rather than sitting.
All of our oysters come from growers we trust along the coast. We’re a Monterey Bay Seafood Watch Best Choice Restaurant and a Surfrider Ocean Friendly Restaurant, so sourcing is something we take seriously, not just something we say on the website.
If you want to go beyond oysters, we can always add additional raw bar items or other chilled seafood to round things out.
Private Dining (Restaurant / Beer Garden)

Our restaurant and beer garden on East Burnside can accommodate up to 40 seated or around 60 standing.
Birthdays, rehearsal dinners, work events, or really any reason to get people together, you can reserve the space and we’ll work with you to create something that fits the vibe you’re going for.
From oyster and raw bars to passed bites, family-style dinners, or fully coursed meals, we can shape the experience around your event and build out a menu and beverage package that makes sense for the occasion.
For larger groups, the restaurant and beer garden are also available for full buyouts if you’re looking to do something a little bigger or more private.
